I recently presented a webinar to a group startup founders around cybersecurity for small businesses and how to secure their online platforms. One of the debated topics was the issue of “free wifi” that is sometimes offered in public spaces like coffee shops and airports.
It’s interesting how the challenge of high data costs often puts us in desperate situations where we connect to any available network even if we do not know how secure that network is. In this webinar I discussed some feasible solutions which I will post later in the week that are available for Founders to avoid using unsecured wifi networks.
