Your career in tech doesn’t have to be an uphill climb or a lonely battle. There are many simple actions you can take that will help you feel empowered and able to take on some challenges you will have to face.

There is a shortage of skills in the tech sector, and women are far outnumbered by their male counterparts. The tech sector is still struggling to attract women into the industry, and furthermore struggles to retain those who do enter. In this video Nobukhosi Dlamini discusses what are the main contributors to women leaving the industry and what actions employers can take to retain women in tech sector.
